Let me tell you how I used to live…
I used to engage in weekend partying, indulging in excessive alcohol consumption and drugs. My lifestyle took a toll on my well-being – I was physically unfit, appeared unhealthy, and battled unhappiness.
Each post-weekend day became a struggle marked by depression, low energy, and poor dietary choices.
Trapped in a relentless cycle, I found myself rejuvenated by Friday only to repeat the unhealthy pattern. A moment of reflection, gazing at my depleted appearance and acknowledging my emotional state, prompted me to initiate change.
I then sought the guidance of a coach who transformed my life, illuminating a path towards positive change.
Now, my mission is to assist others in their journey towards self-improvement – fostering fitness, cultivating a resilient mindset, and helping individuals become the best versions of themselves!
My point being; don't make the same mistake I did in the past and become the best version of yourself by following The Core 3.

Everything changed once I zoomed out and actually looked at what are the main principles to changing your life and becoming the best version of yourself.
It's not just hitting the gym...

Who Even Am I?
Growing up, we all go through a phase, where we are intrigued by alcohol and partying and all the rest of it as we get to that age. Some of us enjoy it a little too much ( like myself ). Maybe it's because we are lost, lonely or whatever the reason may be, just in the cycle of being young and growing up. But more often than not, these habits carry on into our adult years and we carry these bad habits with us, that can be detrimental to our physical and mental well being if we let it. For me, I kept going, 18, 19, 20, 21 years old. Stuck in the same cycle partying every weekend, making bad decisions. I was always into the gym, but never took my nutrition or health or training seriously. One day I woke up and decided that enough is enough, I was tired of feeling like crap, day in and day out, the weeks sucked. I stumbled upon a health and fitness coach, and decided I was going to make a change and make my health and fitness a priority.
Through working with a coach and having him guide me on the right track, it wasn't long before I started to realise how good I felt. It became easier to wake up. I enjoyed all this delicious food that was so good for me. I was full of enjoyment, I gained a better outlook on life. Everything started to fall into place for me.
As I dug deeper into my fitness journey, I realised that it really wasn't that hard to feel good, eat good, Be healthy. It's actually very simple. And that's where it comes down to the Core 3 things in this book - Your nutrition, what you put in your body. Your training, daily exercise, moving your body. And last but not least your mindset, how you think, what positive things you tell yourself, your perspective on life. Sounds simple right? Because it is very simple, yet so many people struggle to do this for themselves, and I think a big part of that is people not knowing actually how good you can feel when you implement these 3 core things into your life.
95% of people don't want to get up in the morning, they don't look forward to the day. They stay up scrolling on social media, getting a high of watching other people succeed. Struggling to work for 8 hours, depressed. Eating rubbish food, ashamed of who they are in the mirror. Fatigued, overweight.
